Research Interests:

  • Defining the role of skeletal muscle as an endocrine organ during obesity and exercise.
  • Exploring how the extracellular environment regulates glucose homeostasis via metabolic fibrosis.
  • Using mouse genetic engineering to define the cellular origin of extracellular vesicles secreted in vivo.
